Good to know
- Asia Express: in Russia you send at Asia-Invest Bank or in the SalamPay app; the limit is 10,000 USD equivalent per month per individual.
- Astrasend: “0% to Uzbekistan” refers to a transfer from the app of the partner Omnipay. Under the system’s rules (edition of 26.01.2026) sending roubles for payout in dollars costs 100 RUB up to 5,000 RUB and 1.0% above; the site does not say whether this table applies to Uzbekistan. The limit is 5,000 USD per transfer.
- Avosend: a Russian service (NKO “Platezhi i raschety”); from Russia to Uzbekistan it pays out to a card, the fee is fixed and, according to the calculator, does not depend on the amount. Promotional captions on the site (for example “for 19 roubles”) may differ from the calculator — go by the calculator. The service does not send to Uzbekistan from other countries.
- Korona: the fee is 0% when the payment currency differs from the sending currency; the site calculator showed no fee on 05.11.2026. In July 2026 the media reported that transfers to Uzbekistan were suspended because of EU sanctions; the service’s site does not confirm it — check that the route works before you send.
- Paysend: transfer to a card; the fee depends on the sending country. Transfers from Russia to Uzbekistan are not supported.
Where to receive in Uzbekistan
Transfers of Asia Express, Astrasend, Korona and other services are paid out by partner banks. Hamkorbank states on its transfers page that it charges no bank fee for payout: the money is paid in soums at the bank’s rate on the payout day — in cash at an office or to a Visa, Uzcard or Humo card in the bank’s app.
